The Celebration
Here's what to expect on the day — from the tea ceremony to the after party.
A traditional ceremony honouring our elders. Immediate family only. 敬茶
Register and mingle over refreshments. We have a charm station and the red packet station here!
Guests will be seated at 7:30 PM, with the first march-in at 7:45 PM — 八道菜喜宴.
Same space, brand new energy — time to celebrate!

Helpful details for a smooth, joyful celebration.
We would love to see you in soft garden shades. Ladies: midi or full-length dresses. Gentlemen: a long sleeve dress shirt with trousers. No need for a full suit or tux!

The timeless symbol of love, joy, and harmony — two 喜 ("happiness") characters united as one. You'll see it woven throughout our celebration.
A cherished tradition of honouring our elders. As we serve tea, they bless us with their love, wisdom, and well wishes — two families becoming one.
A traditional gift of blessings, good fortune, and prosperity for the newlyweds, presented in a red packet.
Kindly respond by 1 September 2026, so we can finalise seating and meals with the venue.
We kindly ask that you check with the couple before bringing a plus one. If you're joining us with an additional guest, please let us know in your RSVP so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Absolutely! Little ones are welcome at the banquet. A special kids' menu is available; just let us know in your RSVP so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Doors open at 6:30 PM. All guests will register at the foyer before entering the ballroom, and queues may form, so please allow enough time to register. Guests will be seated by 7:30 PM, with dinner beginning promptly at 8:00 PM. 準時入席!
Absolutely! Photos and videos are welcome. We simply ask that you remain in your seat so everyone has a clear view — including our photographers. Don't forget to tag #HEHEwedding!

In Chinese tradition, guests may bless the newlyweds with a red packet (紅包) as a symbol of good fortune and well wishes. Should you wish to take part, simply bring yours to the registration table at the reception, where the designated hotel staff will gladly assist you.
